Important — This surf pole requires an existing Aluminess Roof Rack for the pole to attach to as well as an existing Aluminess ladder or a second pole to hold the opposite end of the surf board(s), and a pair of surf hooks for each surf board.

The Aluminess Surfboard Carrier is a powder-coated aluminum rack designed to hold either one big board or two smaller boards. The rack mounts to the driver-side ladder, and uses your side door as a guide. It's compatible with any full-length driver's side ladder found on 2007 and newer Mercedes Sprinter vans. The Aluminess Surf Rack saves you from drilling ugly holes into your van, and it's lightweight to boot.
